Want to become a BeatAsthma course director?

To become a BeatAsthma course director you need to have been on a face-to-face course and have been nominated by the director of that course.

Once you have been approved as a course director, please complete the course directors charter and register using the form below:

Full Name (John Smith)

Email Address

Your Profession and whether you are primary or secondary care based

The name of the original course director who nominated you

The name(s) of the buddy course director(s) who approved you

The location of the course and approximate date the course will be run

Is the course is aimed at primary care, secondary care or a mixture of both

Please confirm the following: Please confirm the following: You have successfully completed a BeatAsthma tier 3 face to face course

You have been nominated by an existing course director

You have successfully completed a BeatAsthma tier 3 face to face buddy course

You have existing educational experience (e.g. a recent ‘Train the Trainers’ course, an educational qualification)

You have completed and returned the Course Director’s Charter and the conflict of interest form (PDF link above)

You will run this course as ‘not for profit’ and any delegate fees will be exclusively to help cover running costs
